Professional Experience
Hillary J. Buyea is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Banking and Community Associations practice groups. Hillary is experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Based in the firm’s New York office, Hillary represents individuals, businesses and lending institutions in the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of residential and commercial properties. Her practice is heavily focused on the representation of lending institutions engaged in secured and unsecured financing, as well as the representation of individuals in the acquisition and sale of residential properties.

As part of her practice, Hillary represents cooperative and condominium boards with respect to loan transactions and various general business matters.

Hillary is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyers Association.
